August 2023 Update
Storytime times are free at all the libraries locations in the San Luis Obispo County. If you can't make it to the times of the library closest to your home, you can always venture out a little bit and go to another time and day at another library. The story times for a few libraries seems to be on hold during the summer time when not many kids are not in town. During the school year, there is a fuller schedule.

Aside from story times, these public libraries also host free movie events, seasonal holiday events and other themed events. We even went to a Pokemon Party at the Arroyo Grande and the kids met other Pokemon collectors from all over the county and some even came from Santa Barbara County! You can read about our
