Universal Studios Hollywood in LA offers Halloween Horror Nights General Admission for $67.49 online through arestravel.
It's theme is The Last of Us™: Encounter the haunting and overgrown world of Naughty Dog’s acclaimed video game in a brand-new, terrifying way at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. Stay silent to survive a multitude of Clickers, Hunters and more. Universal Studios Hollywood is a 2 hour and 56 minute drive south from SLO (if no traffic).

On select nights between Sept 14 - October 31, 2023, Knott's Berry Farm turns into Knott's SCARY Farm! It's so scary, it's not recommended for anyone under 13 years old. Knott's Berry Farm is about a 3 hour and 54 minute drive from SLO (if no traffic)
