I had been eyeing AJ Spurs off the 101 highway exit in Grover Beach for years but just never had the opportunity to dine there. It's pricey and like a type of place for a special occasion. Earlier this month, we've finally went!

We've actually dined at the AJ Spurs in Buellton before we dined at this Grover Beach location. The decor is similar but I feel like maybe this place feels much bigger! The parking situation is much easier.

My collage below is a collection of photos taken by me at AJ Spurs in Grover Beach, California.

We're in a pandemic and it was very easy to get seated. There was no waiting time when we came. The place feels dark inside as it should as it's meant to have an old western vibe with a lot of taxidermy!

The portions were very big! The kids seemed to enjoy looking around in their seats. There's a whole lot to take in. Desserts came with the entrees we ordered and you could pick from a float or a sweet shot. This place is definitely different. Be ready to spend 30 - 40 dollars for a nice steak entree but you will definitely not leave hungry!
